My name is Sue Mcglinchey and I am an Advanced Certified *Newborn Care Specialist, Professional Night Nanny, Sleep Coach & Sleep Trainer based in Orlando FL.
I provide professional overnight newborn care, night nanny services, postpartum support, breastfeeding support, 24/7 care and/or sleep coaching/training services to you and your family throughout Orlando and the surrounding areas including Lake and Seminole counties. I am also available to travel nationwide.

I am trained and highly skilled in newborn care and will educate and support you in every aspect of your baby's care so that when our time together is over you will feel empowered, confident and rested. Whether you need full time help, sleep training or occasional overnights, I am here for you, providing the highest standard of care because I believe that every baby deserves the quality of care that only a trained experienced professional can provide.  I am experienced with managing reflux/colic/milk protein allergies, caring for multiples/ preemies, along with sleeping and feeding challenges. I specialize in implementing healthy sleep habits that will enable your baby to sleep 8-12 hours a night by 8-12 weeks of age and I am an expert sleep trainer for those babies who are over 12 weeks of age. I would love to speak to you about your specific needs!

There are no agency fees when you hire me, I am insured and I have a current background check available upon request.

"Sue was fantastic! Gentle, kind, professional, and knowledgeable. This nervous mama felt completely comfortable having her care for my 2 week old daughter."    A.G.

Being a new parent does not mean you have to be sleep deprived and anxious! Sleep deprivation for new parents is a reality that can take away the enjoyment of the beautiful journey you are on. Having a professional to take the overnight shift will allow you to get the rest you need so you can be at your best during the day to enjoy your bundle of joy!

As your Newborn Care Specialist (formally known as a night nurse/baby nurse) I will establish a routine that works for you and your family and depending on your goals, with my gentle guidance your baby will be sleeping 8-12 hours a night by 8-12 weeks old. Contact me today and let me help you get the rest and peace of mind you and your family needs and deserves.

Do you have an older baby who is not sleeping well?  I can help you with a customized plan that fits you and your family! I have over 20 well-rested families in just the last 2 years!

*Newborn Care Specialist is not a Baby Nurse or Night Nurse (although they have been called that over the years) - Licensed Nurse, Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). In all states, the usage of the term "nurse" may only be applied to licensed nurses, RNs or LPNs. The International Nanny Association has great information distinguishing the two.
